QuestVault is a small, self-funded project without a support inbox or a live chat. To keep things simple and privacy-friendly, we handle three kinds of messages by email — each with its own address and a short template so your message reaches the right person quickly.

A few things to know before you write

We do not provide test results by email. Every result is generated in your browser at the moment you finish the quiz — there is nothing for us to "look up" and send you.
We cannot offer personal advice. We're not clinicians and can't interpret your result for your specific situation. If a result raised something real for you, please see a qualified professional.
Please don't send personal data. For a bug report we only need the URL, device, and what happened — never your name, ID number, or contact details beyond a reply address.
Press & interview requests go to [email protected] and are usually answered within a week.

No data, no tickets. These mailboxes are read by humans, not auto-responders, and nothing about your message is added to a marketing list. If you don't hear back within the window above, your message may have been caught by a spam filter — please resend with a clearer subject line.
